The publication of J. Exp. Zool. India was started in January 1998 and since then it has its own reputation in Zoological field in India and other Asian countries. J. Exp. Zool. India is a semiannual publication and published in January and July each year. This journal publishes original and review articles in all field of zoological sciences and allied subjects. This journal is abstracted/ indexed world wide including some of the prestigious abstracting agencies like BIOSIS ( Zoological Record, Biological Abstract etc.), C A B International, All Russian Academy of Sciences, Medicinal and Aromatic Plant Abstract, Seridoc, Paryavaran Abstract, etc. This journal is peer reviewed journal.
The journal is edited by Dr P.R. Yadav, Department of Zoology, D A V Post Graduate College, Muzaffarnagar - 251 001, India. Dr. Yadav has more than twenty years research experience in field of Insect Physiology, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Dr. Yadav has authored four books namely
A Text book of Embryology, A Text book of Genetics, A Text book Animal Behaviour and A Text book of Parasitology.There are several scientists who work on the editorial board of the journal. They are well known in their respective fields. Most of them participate in the editing and providing shape to the journal. Journal of Experimental Zoology India owe to editors for their dedication.
